Baldock Stacy & Niven is still operating in the normal course of business, however we have changed our mode of operation in an effort to comply with the new social distancing rules and to do our bit to keep Australia running.

Our office remains open although some of our staff are now working from home, in line with the new guidelines.

To keep our other staff and you, our valued clients, safe we ask that you stay at home as we are able to service your requirements electronically.

We can conduct appointments via telephone or video conferencing and if legal documents require your immediate signature, we will discuss options for execution. There is always a safe way to do everything, and we will do our utmost to assist you to avoid delaying your transaction but still complying with the social distancing guidelines.

If you cannot reach one of our staff immediately, they will call you back as soon as possible. We want to assist you to transact your business with as little inconvenience as possible.

Our office door will be closed but deliveries/documents can be left at the door, and special arrangements can be made via telephone or email.
