Expertise and Experience
Meaghan joined BS&N in 2002 and undertook her studies in Law while working as a Senior Legal Assistant and then Paralegal in Baldock Stacy and Niven’s large Personal Injury team.
This depth of experience has served her well after she was admitted to practice as a Solicitor in 2013. Meaghan works closely with Jim Prosser-Fenn in Commercial matters, as well as running our Employment Law section, acting in Building Disputes and assisting with Personal Injury and Compensation matters. She acts in Debt Recovery, General Litigation and Criminal matters. Meaghan has acted for and is sought after by many small & medium local businesses.
Education and Qualifications
Meaghan obtained a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Melbourne before completing her Bachelor of Laws at Macquarie University. She is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.
Meaghan has previously been a leader in the Cub Scout organization and has served as a Board Member for the Orange Community Resource Organisation (OCRO).
Meaghan is organised and methodical in her approach to her work, skills which are a great asset in litigation. She sees the value to clients in successfully resolving disputes without the need for costly litigation. However when litigation cannot be avoided, she is resolute and determined to get the absolute best result for her clients.
